Hilton’s Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing?
The Hilton Pricing team is responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining various global rate structures, enterprise offers, and capabilities that support Hilton’s Global Pricing and Inventory Vision. The Senior Manager serves as a business functional lead supporting Inventory Innovation. As a functional lead, the Senior Manager will partner with technology and customer experience to plan and achieve the expected outcomes of the aligned project roadmap. Another responsibility of the manager will be developing reporting and tools that provide meaningful and impactful information on pricing structures, initiatives, and the overall performance of Hilton.
Success will rely heavily on close collaboration with Capabilities, Platform Activation, Revenue Management, Data & Analytics, Technology, and other functions, as needed. In addition, the senior manager will need to ensure that all pricing strategies meet brand standards and improve the performance of hotels.
More specifically, you will:
Facilitate the execution of the Inventory Innovation roadmap, with a special focus on commercial performance, metric development, testing, and optimization.
Partner with RM Solutions, Inventory Solutions, technology, and Business SMEs to develop and implement pricing strategies for new inventory capabilities.
Craft preliminary capability enhancement requirements and collaborate with internal and external technology and business partners to design, test, and deploy the improvements.
Assist activation and support teams with implementation to ensure a smooth transition to production.
Design and implement standard methodologies around pricing, systems, reports, analytics, and other areas of opportunity to create optimal efficiencies.
Disseminate, coordinate, and communicate project plans and initiative status updates to larger working teams and activation partners.
Use judgment to determine when to inform upper management of progress and key deadlines.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of professional experience
Three (3) years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Services, Analytics Product, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Experience/Product, or other Analytical experience
Travel up to 10% of the time
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
Exposure to cloud platforms, technologies, and user interfaces
Two (2) years of experience in product management
Two (2) years of experience leading cross-functional projects or strategic business initiatives
Two (2) years of Hilton Revenue Management experience
Experience in project management
Experience in systems connectivity/distribution
MicroStrategy certifications
