These new teams will have clear accountability for outcomes and be empowered to design, develop and deliver experiences in support of those outcomes. We are currently in the process of standing up the Stabilize Journey team. This team will focus on impacting the customer's journey for the post-discharge experience to ultimately improve member outcomes and reduce re-admissions.
Responsibilities
The
Director of Agile Product Management
is accountable for foundational needs that span across three sets of moments, Transition Plan, Addressing Initial Medical and Community Needs, and Follow-Up Care Accessibility. This allows for a comprehensive Stabilize Care Journey experience. 
In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas
Human Centered
You'll deeply immerse yourself in knowing your internal and/or external customer(s) needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions
You'll be challenged to discover member needs and inspire innovative solutions or products in light of care management trends, emerging technologies and business and customer/member insights
Business Focused
You'll be the leader to develop a compelling portfolio or product vision for our organization to deliver capabilities that empower differentiated customer experiences and deliver breakthrough business value
You'll lead a team that translates vision into strategic product roadmaps with an agile delivery approach in partnership with Technology, Marketing and Analytics while managing operational and/or regulatory risks
Transformational Leadership
You'll influence a broad set of senior executives across the enterprise and your organization who are stakeholders or delivery partner to successfully deliver on your portfolio/product/journey vision
You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, to gain alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments
You'll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy
Technology Driven
You'll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problems
You'll be responsible to make technology investments decision by assessing opportunities for reusing Enterprise solutions or for and building new ones with extensibility & enterprise scalability in mind
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 years of healthcare product management experience
Demonstrated experience working effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams in health industry such as health plans, health systems, etc.
Demonstrated ability to impact business metrics/outcomes through product management work.
Strong business acumen with value focus
Expert in member needs and driving initiatives with a 'member first' mindset
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Ability to use testing processes to supplement learnings
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Grounded in consumer-centric thinking
Collaborative and goal-focused
Deep expertise in one or more areas with a broad set of complementary capabilities
Open-minded in working differently
Collaborative and can shift quickly

Program or Project Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Human Centered Design Experience
Master's Degree
Cross Functional experience at Humana
