Why this role matters
The developer experience product team is looking for a senior product manager to help ensure that developers have the best possible experience with Vonage API products and services.
You will execute a project on a key part of the developer journey across domains such as documentation, dashboard, support etc to deliver developer delight. You will work with other Product Managers in the Developer Experience team to create a long term strategy which aligns with team goals while exceeding customer’s expectations. You will partner with the engineering and UX teams to build the optimal technology and interfaces powering those experiences.

What you will do
Create and maintain concrete, quantitative, and descriptive profiles of customers and their needs.
Collaborate with individual Product Managers for data driven prioritization
Work with the engineering and UX design teams to build an outcome focussed user experience.
What you will bring
Highly objective, analytical and at ease with influencing others through facts, insights, and great presentation abilities.
Ability to deal with ambiguity while making product decisions
Ability to empathize with your customers and determine their needs and wants
Having an Owner’s mindset
Experience rolling up your sleeves at start-ups or being able to demonstrate an ambitious track record at a large corporation or in parallel to your work.

Computer Science degree or similar technical qualification
Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience
Minimum 2 years experience of building or development of complex UI/UX web applications
Desirable
Previous software development experience at some point in your career.
Comfortable presenting and explaining complex ideas to multiple different stakeholders.
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRMs, Analytics tools, iPaaS platforms.
