To maximize impact, Humana is transitioning to a customer centric operating model in which teams will be built and organized around the customer journey. These new teams will have clear accountability for outcomes and be empowered to design, develop and deliver experiences in support of those outcomes. We are currently in the process of standing up the Learn, Shop, Choose Journey team. This team will focus on impacting the customer's journey from initial education to plan purchase.
Responsibilities
As the Product Manager of this multi-disciplinary team, you will help identify specific moments of influence in the customer's journey to help drive positive experiences and outcomes while building sustainable trust. You will champion agile ways of working to design, develop and deliver differentiated experiences for our customers. You will be an integral part of an agile journey team that provides a platform for iteration and learning as this journey-based model is scaled across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented team player and dynamic leader comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must be a strong communicator, comfortable working with internal stakeholders of all organizational levels. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across marketing, sales, distribution and change management which, in a fast-paced, agile environment, will gather product requirements, utilize data and reporting to manage product, drive speed to market, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Strategic Product Planning
Provide input and analysis that supports strategic product planning, strategy, investment and product roadmaps.
Research and analyze market conditions
Identify key competitor trends
Build business models
Articulate market requirements and opportunities
Identify/collaborate on opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
Product Management
Help to enable product capabilities and solutions across the product lifecycle from concept development to testing and product launch.
Champion the identification and design of new product concepts
Support customer experience research
Execute test & learn pilots of new product concept
Support product launch and scale
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree
8 or more years of technical experience
5 or more years of management experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
