As an Associate Product Manager for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Consumer Apps, you will be an integral part of creation and definition of the roadmap for a large, high-visibility, product area as well as support the strategy, definition and execution of new and innovative ways to delight customers when shopping with the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Mobile Applications. In this role you will collaborate with R. Product Managers and cross-functional partners including UX, engineering, category leaders and marketing to define, build, launch and iterate on new app products and features that meet customer needs and business objectives. You should be a data driven self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to drive multiple, large-scale initiatives simultaneously in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Effectively craft clear product outcomes and vision for your products with limited supervision, clearly demonstrating understanding of the product goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive product discovery, define customer problems, prioritize solutions, and iterate based on data and customer feedback. You’ll manage the creation and maintenance of user stories and business requirements for new features and enhancements.
Accountability for uncovering strategic opportunities for your product area within the mobile app customer experience. You’ll generate big ideas, define the business case, drive organizational alignment, and bring new experiences to life that delight customers.
Obsess over customers and work backwards from their needs to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements that deliver against our core customer value propositions and enterprise goals.
Use data to inform the evolution of the customer experience. Prioritize work based on return on investment, customer satisfaction, product performance, short/long term impact and overall strategic company goals.
Work closely with other team members and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from collecting external and internal customer input and gathering requirements, through specification writing, product roadmap development and maintenance, to feature acceptance testing.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
1 or more years of relevant Product Management experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc…),
Passion for driving impactful business outcomes, with a natural bias for action and a desire to get the right things done.
Proven ability to articulate clear and concise requirements for new products and new features.
Detail-oriented with proven ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex topics, advocate for customers, and influence others.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to validate assumptions and develop business cases to inform roadmap prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
4 or more years of software product management experience that includes product strategy and execution.
2 or more years of experience working in a fast-paced agile development environment leading cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle—from product discovery, to roadmap planning, delivery and iteration.
2 or more years of experience with hypothesis-driven digital experimentation (e.g. A/B and/or multivariate testing) to measure the impact of your initiatives and validate assumptions.
2 or more years of experience creating clear requirements for new products and features.
MBA (or equivalent), with 6 years of consumer-facing software product/program management experience
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Data Platforms, Analytics…
Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in an environment similar to a startup.
