Position Overview
The Product Manager for Cloud Migration Software is responsible for the functional design and execution of the Cloud Migration product suite from Deloitte s recent acquisition of ATADATA. ATADATA s platform contains a suite of modules that provide key functionality in the planning, migrating, and protecting of enterprise workloads. See full ATAData product suite here. This role will report to the VP of Product (CPO Chief Product Owner) and work closely with the Product Development teams in leading ongoing releases of the existing and next-gen product suites and bringing enhancements and new releases to market.
This is a hands-on role that will include all aspects of Product Management including researching/writing stories, working with UI/UX on design, working with the Product Development teams on implementation/technical details, doing demo s to stakeholders, tracking sprints/releases, etc. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate the business is growing rapidly and we are making major investments in new technologies, content, and service offerings.
Responsibilities
Product Management:
Help develop a multi-release product roadmap under the leadership of the CPO for cloud transformations. You will work with Product Development to define product release and technical requirements.
Business Development:
This role will partner with the CPO to develop new ideas for product enhancements as they relate to cloud transformations based on industry experiences and contacts with project teams and clients. This role will need a unique blend of business and technical savviness, big picture vision, understand unsolved problems in the target market, and find innovative solutions.
Delivery:
Work closely with the ATADATA product development team, deliver on product development, and release cycles with a globally distributed team. This role with work closely with development team and ATADATA leadership in building out a strategic roadmap and then executing work streams to deliver the roadmap using agile frameworks.
Work you ll do
Work closely with the CPO to understand and execute the vision/roadmap set by leadership by working directly with the product teams, both domestic and offshore
Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and product design starting at the high-level Epic view and break them down granularly down to the Story view
Generate product positioning, key differentiators and other customer-facing messaging
Work closely with the Delivery team to understand real-world customer requirements, problems, challenges and then incorporate them into the product roadmap
Support the pursuit and client services team in completion of proposals, ensuring the product is represented in both a pre-sales and post sales capacity
Help lead customer-based user-groups and forums using in-person, teleconference, and on-line communication mechanisms
