Longitudinal Human Record (LHR) - Lead Product Manager
The LHR product lead conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Given the LHR is the epicenter of all member/patient information, this is a key role that will influence executive decisions across the company.
Responsibilities
The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. The primary focus will be the Longitudinal Human Record (LHR) which is also commonly known as the longitudinal health record. The LHR is the epicenter of all member/patient data over time, is populated with information across the enterprise and utilized by all elements of the Humana digital ecosystem.
Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of technical experience, or equivalent and 2 years of project leadership experience
