Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager Lead, Loyalty that will be responsible for the consumer experience of the loyalty program across digital commerce channels. This role will define and launch experiences that drive retention, brand loyalty, and lifetime value across multiple consumer segments.
You will be part of a close-knit team who is transforming Under Armour as it builds direct relationship with its customers. You will be a key author of the tools, services and experiences that will drive deeper connections between consumer and UA. You’ll work closely with product and design leaders for Under Armour Ecommerce as well as business leaders and stakeholders from Global Marketing and Loyalty.
We are passionate about making athletes better. In order to do this, we must stay close to our consumers, which means doing survey research, designing experiments, digging into product analytics, and talking to athletes whenever possible.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
You will own a complex set of projects and are accountable for both execution and setting direction for their projects. Product decisions are more nuanced and often times balance long-term optimizations, as well as innovative test and learn initiatives.
The Product Manager Lead works across their area ensuring integration and strategic fit within the broader product and product line. You work with cross functional stakeholders on a regular basis and are expected to identify and marshal resources as needed to be successful.
You know your competition by doing research and understanding the overall competitive landscape looking for ways to differentiate from the pack.
You write specifications and lead multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, project management, etc.) to deliver features to our consumers and work with cross functional partners to deliver valuable customer journeys across multiple channels in the UA digital ecosystem.
The Lead will analyze customer feedback, product analytics and external benchmarking to identify new feature opportunities and make iterative product changes based on data driven insights. You will identify testing opportunities that focus on pain points and new capabilities.
You should provide clear, transparent communication about progress, priorities and decision making and what data points are driving the decision making and prioritization of the roadmap. Through these roadmaps you will influence partners by championing loyalty initiatives across the UA digital landscape.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
A successful Product Manager Lead is passionate about great products and the consumer experience.
You can define solutions for more complex user needs. They are perceived by team members to be in both Design and Engineering not just as a facilitator but a full partner / leader in innovation.
The Product Manager Lead drives the roadmap for their area. They are managing multiple projects in flight over significantly different time horizons. They escalate project timeline and coordination of issues and are the primary negotiator for their team.
You have the ability to set clear direction for teams, collaborate with peers and motivate them to achieve goals
You are a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success. You can frame the problem and solution in a logical and organized manner in both written and verbal communication. You are comfortable in presenting to groups of people and are able to do so in a persuasive manner. The Product Manager Lead has mastered succinct and effective written communication, able to summarize a topic and provide teams with clear direction.
You will be building broad consensus across multiple product teams on overall product direction and influencing other teams' projects accordingly. You are an active owner of the overall project team(s) health and ensure that team morale is high.
Education And / Or Experience
Minimum 5 years product management experience working in an Ecommerce environment. Experience leading loyalty program definition, launch, and scale a strong plus.
Proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data and research.
Experience in optimizing product features after release through data-driven iteration.
Ideally proficient in scrum/agile development methodologies and tools.

Base Compensation Range: $118,000 - $162,000
