Description
The Senior Product Manager is accountable for leading the organizations strategy for a product line experience that results in improved health outcomes for patients. Leveraging your expertise in patient-centric design, digital healthcare solutions, and physician practice operations, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap, business requirements and success metrics that further advance the Primary Care Organization.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager leverages their extensive Product experience to take organizational strategy and deliver value with digital solutions. Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products, and uses patient/customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting expected needs, adjusting products over time to achieve the desired outcomes. Influence department's strategy and makes decisions on complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Works independently in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities:
Have an entrepreneur and ownership mindset with willingness to be hands-on.
Own the consumer-focused product vison, strategy, and execution for customer constituency.
Responsible for defining user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities.
Operate as voice of customer and business stakeholder single point of contact.
Set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new product launches.
Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on strategy and vision.
Continuously refine and communicate feature delivery and product roadmap to senior leaders.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Develop detailed business requirements and user stories that drives the product development life cycle.
Drive product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and other product management team members.
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to deliver on the vision.
Deploy market-based strategies that solve customer problems and lead the execution across various teams, including go to market strategy in partnership with all stakeholders.
Leads cross-functional product teams across organization, including external partnerships.
Travel up to 25% within the United States.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 years of product management experience
5 years of healthcare strategy experience
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in launching successful clinical products and services
Work at home; must be willing to work EST normal business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Extensive experience in customer facing healthcare setting
Experience with managed care practice
