Description
The Lead Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
This digital product manager will focus these skills and apply them to the digital products that encompass HumanaPharmacy.com and the Humana Pharmacy iOS and Android apps and other emerging digital channels.
Responsibilities
The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, andworks under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

The Lead Product Manager will work side-by-side with strategic and business partners to adapt quickly to the changing needs of our members. They will be responsible for the overall health of their digital product. This Includes communicating the voice of the customer and ensuring that the customer's overall experience with a product is as seamless as possible. Accountable for setting priorities and balancing investments in short‐term tactical product improvements with long‐term strategic product investments. Provides clear guidance to delivery teams on customer needs and expected product outcomes, but hands authority over to teams to make decisions about how to achieve these outcomes and meet customer needs. Is critically responsible for the product road-map and prioritization.
You will be expected to:

Integrate the voice of the customer into work
Work with business stakeholders to understand a business problem in both depth and breadth, and then propose one or more solutions for the problem that addresses the need in a systemic and cross-domain fashion.
Co-design, guide, and support the implementation of solutions for business processes that meet the requirements of project owners, and connect to upstream and downstream impacts.
Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of product release.

This Role Might be a Good Fit if have the following:
Bachelor's Degree in analytics, communications, business or related field
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies and transforming from Waterfall
Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Demonstrated strategic, analytical thinking, and consulting skills and developing insights from analysis
Demonstrated understanding of business strategy and digital marketing
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
It would be helpful to have:
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Agile Framework or Product Management Certification(s)
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
3-4 years of experience working with a digital strategy team or technical development
Demonstrated examples of managing a product backlog
Experience communicating, and building relationships with business and IT partners.
