Job Description The SF Digital Products - Product Management - Senior Associate (Contractor) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Work closely with Product Management, incorporate feature requests into product roadmap and backlog Interpret functional requirements and carve user stories Groom and prioritize the product backlog Set sprint goals and define sprint backlogs with the engineering teams Follow progress of work and address issues during sprints Identify opportunities for product improvements. Lead team members on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance. Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives. Minimum Required Experiences and Skills 4 years of Product Owner or Product Analyst experience Solid understanding of the product lifecycle Experience with product, system, and data analysis and documentation Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Strong oral and written communication skills Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work towards a common goal Ability to influencing others through negotiation and persuasion Experience facilitating meetings and resolving conflict Strong organization skills Experience using JIRA and Confluence Skilled in SQL and Excel Desired Experiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with mortgage finance technology solutions Experience with service-oriented architecture Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Email: Ph(EXT : 408) /
