Description
The portfolio of this role consists of product, capabilities, and supporting infrastructure leveraged by the Humana workforce to enhance their collaboration and productivity. The capabilities and infrastructure in scope include but are not limited to mail & calendaring services (Microsoft Exchange), legal e-discovery, external document collaboration, productivity and well-being insights (e.g. Microsoft Viva Insights), and digital/visual collaboration (e.g. Miro).
The Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This role will also have responsibility for broad strategies including discovery, development and execution, working in partnership with our portfolio-level Product Managers.
Responsibilities
The Lead Product Owner maximizes value of product created by Agile team. Liaises with stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, andworks under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technology/product experience
8 years of technology experience
3 years experience as a product manager and/or product owner, including team backlog ownership
2 years experience working in an agile, for example SAFe, operating model
Track record of successfully owning, defining, and executing complex strategies and plans
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
3 years of engineering, product, or design experience within collaboration and technologies (e.g. Exchange, M365 ecosystem, document collab such as Box or OneDrive, etc.)
