Senior Product Manager 738015

Profile

(1) Own functional product success for HubSpots reporting tools, specifically the goals platform and management User Interface (UI);
(2) Lead customer and user interviews, perform quantitative analysis, and work with stakeholders to inform short and long-term product roadmap and priorities;
(3) Organize project plans and team to build new functionality and iterate on existing software product;
(4) Build, maintain, and disseminate product adoption and usage reports for the goals platform and associated tools;
(5) Mentor junior product managers and assist them in growing their project management, communication, analysis, and strategy skills;
(6) Communicate product vision, roadmap, and tactical execution plans across the organization;
(7) Facilitate software go-to-market success for the goals platform through collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Technical stakeholders

Telecommuting is an option.
Employer requires the candidate to have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.

The candidate must also have at least five (5) years of progressively more responsible product management experience.

The candidate must also have the following:

(1)Demonstrated ability running competitive analysis and conducting customer interviews for qualitative research gained through three (3) years of work experience in order to deeply understand and deliver on customer needs;
(2)Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and product usage software for quantitative decision making gained through three (3) years of work experience in order to perform analysis and improve upon customer and business impact;
(3)Demonstrated ability prioritizing inputs from five or more sources or systems gained through three (3) years of work experience in order to manage stakeholder expectations and improve the product;
(4)Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies gained through three (3) years of work experience in order to rapidly deliver and iterate on product features and
(5)Demonstrated knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: HTML, CSS, or Java gained through three (3) years of work experience in order to understand feature
tradeoffs.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
