Hilton’s Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton’s “commercial engine” and are key to Hilton’s ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing?
As the Global Pricing Senior Manager at Hilton, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and enhancing our automated Revenue Management System (RMS). Your responsibility will be to lead the business strategy for the development and implementation of new capabilities and enhancements to the RMS, from inception to full roll-out.
You will work closely with multiple teams, including capability and project/change management owners, to effectively integrate enhancements into our existing systems and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with Analytics partners to develop and execute test and learn plans, thoroughly evaluating the impact of these capabilities.
As a key member of the pricing team, you will be responsible for communicating plans and progress updates to a broad partner group, including commercial leadership. Your strong analytical skills and strategic approach will enable you to find opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and drive revenue growth.

More specifically, you will:
Collaborate closely with Pricing and Commercial Leadership to maintain focus on the Pricing Vision and Roadmap. Engage in frequent discussions to prioritize initiatives, assess alternatives, and consider changes in direction.
Champion Hilton's Pricing Vision by actively participating in the development and implementation of new capabilities, including writing and reviewing detailed Business Requirement Documentation.
Partner with Hilton Revenue Management capability owners to develop comprehensive solutions that meet the business requirements, which may involve working with Hilton Technology or external vendors.
Partner with project and change management experts to facilitate a smooth and successful implementation of new capabilities, encouraging high adoption by our hotels and ensuring ease of management by partner groups.
Influence and empower teams responsible for activating the new capabilities, generating excitement and alignment around the vision.
Manage and escalate risks and issues related to scope, resources, timeline, or cost for timely resolution.
Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical partners to cultivate a shared understanding of project progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with Hilton Analytics to develop and execute test and measurement plans that confirm the value of new capabilities and aid prioritization discussions. Use analytics to drive adoption and support of centralized commercial actions, from discovery to execution.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Five (5) years of professional experience
Three (3) years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Services, Pricing, or Revenue Management
Travel up to 10% of the time
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
Seven (7) years of professional experience
Four (4) years of Hilton Revenue Management experience and/or Analytics experience
Experience in product management and/or project management
Tableau Desktop Certified Professional and/or MicroStrategy certifications
