Where you fit
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead on translating product vision and strategic priorities into compelling digital solutions that satisfy both customer and business needs, working within a fast-paced, rapidly changing multinational environment.
This is a critical role that will sit within one of our exciting new innovation hubs at Shell, where we take pride in doing things differently – by taking a unique approach of balancing human-centred and digital design with an agile technology capability to tackle complex problems in original ways.
With a huge variety of potential projects and digital products to grow across the business, you’ll be challenged to think innovatively, with the opportunity to get involved at all stages, from discovery and design, to embedding and scaling.

Creating business cases for products and define/measure product success metrics.
Using data to drive decision making and product priorities with a hypothesis driven approach.
Translating a product vision into user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
Refining and managing the backlog with input from a cross functional team.
It’s your excellent influencing and communication skills that will really make the difference, with an emphasis on nurturing successful relationships with a range of stakeholders, across senior levels.
