What you will be doing:
Building A/B tests that validate hypotheses, and using data to suggest improvements
Resolve escalated technical requests and assists peers through education, mentoring and direct support
Participate in testing and evaluating new applications, systems enhancements, programming upgrades, and other systems and applications improvements
Gather information and reports on user support issues, trends, and other areas factors related to support issues, and works with appropriate team members to assist in developing solutions that enable greater efficiency and effectiveness;
Track, documents and resolve user requests and requirements utilizing the support center call tracking software
What you must have:
Experience with systems support and optimization of company softwares.
Ability to grasp accounting, business, and company-wide reporting system requirements
Translation of operational and business requirements into system technical requirements
Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
2 years in Product Management
A bachelor’s in CS, math, engineering, or a related field.
