Twilio is looking for a talented product manager who is passionate about solving problems and delivering a world-class experience for the largest and most innovative organizations in healthcare. This role will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to deeply understand the unique needs of our healthcare customers and deliver the capabilities to superserve them and measure the results.
Who?
Twilio is looking for a product manager who lives
the Twilio Magic
and has a demonstrated track record of product management. They have:
4 years of experience in product management a technology company
Understanding of enterprise / B2B go-to-market and experience managing enterprise customer expectations
Track record of successfully leading projects with cross functional teams that span product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and services
Ability to solicit customer requirements from many sources, prioritize, and partner with engineering and design to deliver
Comfort working with ambiguity and the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
Experience with HIPAA/HITRUST is a plus

BE AN OWNER: Own the vision and roadmap for the Twilio healthcare customers and work across Twilio’s product and engineering teams to execute
WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: Thoroughly understand the healthcare customer experience and use data-driven methods to track key success metrics
DRAW THE OWL: Take large, ill-defined ideas and compose clearly articulated roadmaps
BE INCLUSIVE: Partner with Twilio’s Business Development organization to leverage existing frameworks and help define partner program requirements
EMPOWER OTHERS: Influence key stakeholders across different teams at Twilio to get the roadmap executed.
WRITE IT DOWN: This is a highly matrixed role and will require well-crafted documentation and communication skills to obtain alignment and scale.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Salary:
Denver/Boulder Metro:
Salary Range: $109,824.00 - $151,008.00
Rest of Colorado:
Salary Range: $96,096.00 - $132,132.00
Sales Commission:
Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
