As a Product Manager, you will partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives related to Objective and Key Result measurements, supporting both customer needs and business objectives. As a champion of your strategy and customers, you will evangelize your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
If you are analytical, detail and results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic, you are an ideal candidate. Individuals coming into these roles will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class customer experiences. You will need to be data driven and a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work cross-functionally to drive them to completion, and measure outcomes to achieve mastery in this role. You will demonstrate keen skills working across departments to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers.

Key Responsibilities
Effectively craft clear product outcomes and vision for complex products with limited supervision, clearly demonstrating understanding of the product goals and organizational needs
Demonstrate skills in connecting **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s broader strategic vision to their own product and product vision
Effectively translate business strategies into product strategies, value increments, and product specifications to deliver against our core customer value propositions, and our company strategic and financial goals
Help manage the creation and maintenance of user stories and business requirements for new features and enhancements leveraging multiple work streams
Prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision
Demonstrate empathy for the customer and steer discussions to how to build customer trust
Influence cross functional team(s) without formal authority
Articulate clear and concise requirements for new products and features
Analyze complex data sets and leverage that analysis to make data-driven product decisions
Work within a matrix organization collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience (UX) teams, engineers, and other relevant digital and technology and business teams
Improve value creation by defining and aligning on KPIs to measure success
Work under rapid development cycles with medium to large teams to achieve a common goal
Participate in day-to-day product team activities, driving high quality customer experiences and exploring what is possible with technology
Basic Qualifications
2 years of relevant Product Management Experience (Development, User experience, Strategy, etc.)
1 years of experience with direct people management and team management
1 years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
4 years of relevant Product Management Experience (Development, User experience, Strategy, etc.)
1 or more years of experience with direct people management and team management
Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers
Ability to understand basic process flows, data flows, and architectural diagrams
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom
Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex issues and influence others, including business and technical leaders
