Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager - Lead A/B Testing & Optimization for our expanding Test & Learn team, that is passionate about experimentation & data-driven decision making. This is a key role on a fast-growing digital team, responsible for thoughtfully optimizing the customer experience across web and app platforms.

This means doing research, designing & running experiments, digging into web analytics, and infusing customer feedback & insights through experimentation and user research into the product lifecycle. This role will work closely with product, personalization, and design leaders on the Under Armour Ecommerce Experience team to improve the customer experience, drive digital growth, and deepen our understanding of customer preferences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for converting strategies into an executable testing roadmap that ladders up to company objectives and delivers high quality experiments end-to-end for your focus areas.
You will collaborate with internal and external partners, motivate them to achieve optimization goals & learning agendas, and build consensus through strong communication & collaboration.
You will translate specific business needs and goals from partners into effective A/B and multivariate test plans, define test criteria, strategy, methods, and metrics.
You will uphold & improve Adobe Target workflows and organization for testing at scale, and be a subject matter expert on optimization tools.
You will help to evolve the customer experience through test strategy identification, looking for key opportunities for differentiation by knowing the competition, doing research, and interpreting data.
You will take an active role in achieving the testing program goals, relative to the overall product and company strategy and remain accountable to quantifiable objectives and KPIs (like revenue per visit, conversion rate, NPS, CSAT, number of tests)
You will drive strategic thinking by translating A/B test results into recommended actions for the business.
You are a comfortable presenter, and will share regular updates & results to a variety of audiences, and are able to do so in a transparent influential manner to drive actions.
You will set clear direction for the cross-functional testing team of delivery, engineers, design, QA through requirements, Scrum ceremonies, and maintaining a groomed backlog.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Proficient with Adobe Target (or other A/B testing tool)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in JIRA / Confluence and Roadmunk (or other road mapping software)
Motivated self-starter with proven record of delivering against goals
Creative problem solver
Experience writing clear acceptance criteria
Ecommerce experience strongly preferred
Proficient in scrum/agile development methodologies and tools a plus
Content creation/design process familiarity a plus
Personalization experience a plus
Experience leading/working with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, project management, etc.)
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
4 years product management experience, or similar experimentation program experience
