Insurance Product Manager 2 - Part D

Description
The Part D Team is responsible for leading, planning and tracking all phases of the product life cycle for Part D benefits for Humana's Prescription Drug Plans. We will manage the benefit design of Prescription Drug Plans from build through implementation and serve as subject matter experts for Part D benefits.
Responsibilities
The Insurance Product Manager 2 monitors Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) product performance and recommends changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Engages in PDP bid filings, implementing product changes, and member communication. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for identifying Part D gaps, recommending product changes, and overseeing the implementation of changes to products. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or 1 years experience in Medicare or Pharmacy benefits
Previous experience with reviewing and understanding regulatory guidance
Detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree

This position is located in the Humana Tower in Louisville, Kentucky (candidates living outside of the Louisville area would also be under consideration) but will temporarily be working remote.
