Aon is looking for a Product Analyst!As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions U.S. Broking practice at Aon. As a Analyst, you will report directly to the Assistant Vice President – Technology Products. Your Impact as a Product Analyst: Product Consultant supports broking, reporting, benchmarking, and client service technology platforms. Liaises and collaborates with business and technology leaders to develop and execute initiatives to support business strategic goals and objectives for the Health and broking practices. Partners with Health Solutions Broking team to prioritize, manage, and deliver requirements for technology products and solution advancements. Assists in communicating platform enhancements and updates to the business regularly. Job Responsibilities:Manage the development, implementation and ongoing support of multiple business technology platformsEngage business leaders across teams to collaborate on strategy and executionConducts requirements meetings, tracks project tasks based on project scope and statement of workDevelop understanding of ebroking process, analyze existing process and articulate findings and provide recommendationsBuild relationships with global TBS leaders, manage requirements for roadmap items, execute UATCollaborate with IT on projects to understand ensure business needs and work towards delivering proper solutions or addressing open issuesWorks independently and/or with other colleagues to deliver projectsResolves client issues at appropriate levels and informs other team members of pertinent issues.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Ensure the practice leverages the technology and support structure effectivelyWork with Global Innovation Centers to leverage the technology platforms to drive value to the business Key Leadership Dimensions: Client Value - Interprets data about multiple clients and clients’ markets, identifying trends which can influence projects Unmatched Teams – Coaches others to present facts and ideas in an effective way; recognizes excellent performance Innovation - Demonstrates a breadth of knowledge; implements new ideas that improve team effectivenessBusiness Results – Manages client and stakeholder expectations; delivers value without compromising quality Lives Our Values - Builds effective teams which promote respect and values You Bring Knowledge and Expertise: Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree3 years of relevant experienceProfessional approach and strong written and oral communication skillsBasic data analysis and/or analytics tools usage experienceStrong product and technical knowledgeAbility to multi-task and work within deadlines Preferred ExperienceProduct management experience a plusProcess improvement project experience desiredBenefit consulting or benefit management experience preferredProject management experience a plus Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, or related technical field or five equivalent years of industry experience.We Offer You: A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organizationThe salary range for this position is $57,200 to $76,200 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
