Description
The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Help people move to the Power Platform and cloud analytics.
Responsibilities
Primary role of this person will be to define and build the structure needed to serve our customers. This includes broad service to Humana at-large and strategic services targeted towards business vertical initiatives.
This person will:
Manage the department brand, including alignment to mission & vision
Set practices around department touchpoints for how to engage while ensuring the brand promise is met. Including:
Monitoring to ensure response/action is taken
Collecting customer feedback; seeking opportunities for continued improvement
Define operating model success, including metrics
Creating templates and structure to enable team to take action appropriately & quickly
Develop operating model for Enterprise Analytics department, representing coordination from each leader and service
Create means of intake and prioritization
Define coordination between resources internally
Communicate operating model to vertical leaders
Ensure understanding of partnership model
Seek feedback on how advisory services are working or not working
Create collateral to explain services clearly; Materials for Product Managers to use in furthering conversions
Build materials, guides, and other content to serve customers
Quick & Easy answers to questions
Guidance on who does what
Identify opportunities for improvement/new ways of working based on customer feedback, vertical feedback, Product Manager feedback
Leverage knowledge of Humana departments to bring clarity across the enterprise solution, not a siloed view of one service or technology
Use metrics and data driven approach to ensure the proper priority is given to work, along with the proper medium for sharing
Partner with brand leaders within department to ensure alignment to the overall ED&A and DH&A messaging
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Possess a blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make the vision a reality
Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic vision and bridge that with the tactical delivery & drive consensus accordingly
Experience synthesizing complex and/or abstract ideas into meaningful and strategically focused communications and messages
Excellent written communication skills and story-telling
Ability to leverage data and formulate it to make decisions & drive actionable insights
Experience using a variety of communication channels such as email, social media, podcasts, etc. and willing to embrace/champion new technology
Demonstrated ability to think creatively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently through personal organization and commitment to deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people
Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and other presentation tools

Preferred Qualifications
5 years of digital strategy and/or product management experience delivering large complex programs
Experience building a department 'brand' and brand strategy
