Description
The Digital Channel Strategist (Strategy Advancement Advisor) provides strategic planning support for Humana's online pharmacy by using digital expertise, consumer insights, and technical knowledge to identify new opportunities and solve complex problems across e-commerce websites and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities
The Strategy Advancement Advisor leads digital experience strategy for our Pharmacy digital portfolio by understanding consumer journeys, identifying issues and opportunities, and working with research, design, content, and product teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Works closely with organizational leaders to provide digital thought leadership and consulting to optimize existing or develop new digital product capabilities based on trade-offs among cost, speed, customer needs, strategy and business impact
Illustrates the organization's vision and plans that communicate the ongoing business case for continued investment in digital
Leads initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
Interacts with leaders to keep abreast of objectives as well as peers to interpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
Advises marketing and segment partners on digital strategy, targeting, experimentation and audience messaging
Identifies, designs and builds digital requirements and specifications for various communication campaigns to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns against drive-to-digital performance goals.
Provides expertise in campaign measurement best practices and bridges gaps between campaigns and business intelligence and reporting teams
Analyzes and shares marketing and digital product performance results with stakeholders
Project manages across a portfolio of initiatives to help operationalize and execute
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
The successful candidate will be self-directed, highly-engaged, able to navigate through ambiguity and have demonstrated expertise in digital strategy development & execution to support multi-functional, cross collaborative efforts essential to improving digital member experience and supporting strategic goals. This will require being a consumer advocate who longs to understand their journey and takes responsibility to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 years of digital strategy and/or product management experience delivering large complex programs (e.g., a portfolio of projects)
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, large-scale and time-critical projects.
Results-oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
Ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of constituents and executives across functions and organizational levels; ability to lead by influence across a worldwide matrix organization Identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide recommendations
Ability to balance priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
Experience in online/mobile commerce, digital technology, and/or business development
Ability to work collaboratively across a complex matrix of stakeholders and influence across multiple job levels and job functions
Strong program management skills with great attention to detail
Demonstrated problem solver who can address current challenges while predicting and managing to potential issues 1-2 quarters out
Motivated collaborator that seeks feedback while driving goals and is comfortable with ambiguity and change
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
