Global Money Movement and Compliance is ADP’s platform for managing high volume financial transactions across workers, employment tax, wage garnishments, tax credits and other payroll services.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of modernizing our payment systems. You will join the team located at ADP’s headquarters in New Jersey, which is directly responsible for ensuring that our money movement system remains compliant, secure and safe for ADP and our clients.

No two days are the same. You will work alongside friendly, passionate, and creative product managers, user experience designers, data engineers, software development teams, and business stakeholders to leverage data and provide insights that will guide decisions and shape product strategies.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong ability to learn and diagram complex systems, critical thinking skills, ability to confidently translate insights into compelling narratives, ability to navigate through various data environments, and a drive to understand the product experience and objectives. The successful candidate will be a thought partner to the product management team and will help lead them to formulate the right business questions and measures. This individual will dig into the data to investigate and unearth critical insights and will need to transform those insights into product requirements and user stories. The ability to effectively articulate and present the story behind your analysis will be very important.

As a product manager, you'll need to be self-managing, curious, bold, brave, and passionate about learning and creating great products. You'll understand that a user-led design approach is a must and that the best products come out of collaboration with many different people. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Scrum. You'll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your roadmap.

Discovery & Requirements. You'll own the de You'll document and prioritize product features. You're always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better. You'll incorporate what makes sense into your product roadmap based on our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on your products.

Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. You'll collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams, to name some, to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.

Measurements. You have experience measuring product effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and driving priorities.

Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product enhancements, or creating new services. Best part? You'll get to see those ideas come to life.

Champion ideas. You'll present and speak to internal and external stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.

A university degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. To be successful in this role , you'll have 5-7 years of experience in the same or similar role.

Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses, equity, or commissions.

For (CA), the salary range for this role is: $80,600- $206,000/year or hour
