We are looking for a senior product manager to join the fast-growing

solutions

product

management

organization

at Nutanix.

In this role you will help identify target market segments and key use-cases, research unmet customer needs, and drive compelling solution strategy and roadmap for Nutanix Hybrid Cloud and other related Infrastructure

and workload

Solutions.

Your Role

Define and develop

Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure

& Application Workload

Solutions

strategy and roadmap.

Translate

market

needs into

solutions capabilities and directions.

Work with key stakeholders includes senior executives to gain shared vision on roadmap and strategy.

Drive profitability and investments decisions in key use-cases and solutions areas.

Define epics,

features,

and user stories to develop required

solution

offerings

Manage

solution

lifecycle

from solution definition to solution release, partnering with agile development teams

Drive packaging and pricing decisions

Partner with marketing and enablement teams to develop value-props,

positioning,

and messaging

Enable

Sales/

Sales Engineers (SE)

and partner with them on customer engagements

Collaborate with

various core

product

teams to

develop and deliver

best solution level outcomes for customers on an ongoing basis.

What you’ll Bring

BS/MS in

Computer Science,

Engineering or related field

is required

. MBA preferred.

5 years of product management

experience with

solution product management expertise preferred.

Domain experience with hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure, data center transformation

, IT operations and management and

application delivery

Must have business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively, influence others, and measure success

Ability to be self-motivated towards achievement and measurement of established goals

Aptitude to develop and maintain satisfactory working relationships with customers,

Sales

/SEs, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail in executing complex projects.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $

00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
