We are looking for a Product Development Assistant to help us innovate and grow our product offering.

You’ll Report To: GM & VP, Sales

A typical day as a Product Development Assistant might include:

Assisting with product ideation, market research, and competitive product testing and analysis

Building idea and concept boards with the product and merchandising team

Inputting and maintaining product data

Sample management

Identify product gaps through industry and trend research

Analyze product performance of new and existing product categories to identify improvement opportunities

Communicating with product manufacturers

Helping manage development schedule for new product launches

Working with design on product drawings and specifications

Collaborating with the 3D rendering team

Supporting the product team with projects at all stages of the product development process

You’ll be successful if you

are eager to learn, flexible, and detail-oriented.

What You Have:

2 years of Product Development experience

Eagerness to learn with a drive for success

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

High level of attention to detail and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Adobe Creative Suite and CAD a plus

Willingness and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions

Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative environment

Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills

Experience and passion for the art and décor industry

The desire to have fun while doing all of the above tasks!

Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large.
