Responsibilities

Humana is seeking an Interoperability Industry & Government partnerships Product Management Lead, where you will be accountable for developing and maintaining key relationships and work with cross functional areas to optimize business results. In this role you will:

Act as a product manager for Interoperability Integration projects, providing accurate and timely requirements, prioritization, testing and documentation

Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas, such as CMS, ONC, external providers, information technology, EHR partner solutions and internal stakeholders in support of Healthcare Interoperability and compliance to CMS regulations

Develop criteria for the measurement of Healthcare Interoperability and compliance to CMS regulations, Initiatives and capabilities

Review and analyze data and results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution and Healthcare Interoperability and compliance to CMS regulations

Assist in the design, and help to guide and oversee the development and implementation of processes to improve data quality within the data class

Work collaboratively within a team set on driving Healthcare Interoperability and compliance to CMS regulations, measurement of initiatives and improvements in outcomes

Consult with associates in other business areas , helping to identify business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications that advance interoperability initiatives

Create and lead initiatives for special projects, developing a greater understanding of system and environmental issues in the process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Technology software experience with FHIR Standards, CMS 9115/9123 regulations and Electronic Health Record vendors (e.g. Epic, athenahealth, etc.),

Knowledge of FHIR Data Interoperability via APIs

Proven ability interpreting and leveraging data in effective decision making

Works well in a cross functional team environment

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage all tactical aspects of project initiatives

Experience managing medium to large scale projects/initiatives in a fast paced environment

Demonstrated analytical skills

Detail oriented

Excellent communication skills due to high exposure across Humana and external networks

Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare knowledge

Health IT knowledge

Scrum Product Owner experience

Knowledge of DaVinci collaborative and CMS Interoperability regulations

Ability to understand complex systems and processes

Data mining experience with quality focus
