Description
The Senior Product Manager will be the virtual Neighborhood Center manager that will use the vision to plan and deliver roadmaps for the site to further our member experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that the Virtual Neighborhood Center is meeting our users needs.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the Virtual Neighborhood Center life cycle, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Refine the roadmap, for existing and new digital products or multiple feature sets, including functionality, performance, results criteria, evolution, and lifecycle
Assess the business and consumer impact of various options and effectively balance tradeoffs between business/customer needs, technology requirements, costs, and time and budget, to deliver compelling solutions
Structure and lead meetings, clearly communicate expectations, and ensure that stakeholders are adequately updated on progress and milestones
Monitor success measures, product, KPIs and OKRs and recommend changes to execute on strategy
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills
Maintain a deep understanding of the needs and goals of consumers and business to develop requirements, data and features needed to deliver on a best-in-class digital experience
Continue to refine the 9 - 18-month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes
Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and pain points
Create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap and collaborate with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build business cases, requirements/services, and determine the best technical implementation method and schedule
QUALIFICATIONS

5 years of product management experience
Deep user empathy and strong user experience sensibilities
Ability to work well with designers and engineers in an agile environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Typically requires Bachelor's degree or 5 years of technical experience.
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
