Sr. Product Manager Salesforce

THE POSITION

The Salesforce Product Manager will be part of a Salesforce product-engineering team, acting as decision maker and product owner for work being done by the team. Your goal will be to build solutions that power us to better serve our customers and lending partners. You will work in close collaboration with engineers, sales, contact center, business stakeholders, and other technology teams to drive the launch and continuous improvement of new and existing products and services.

Required Skills:

Experienced builder of products demonstrating Salesforce Platform (preferably FSC).

Practitioner of Agile/Scrum methodology with a deep working knowledge of the product owner role.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Receptive listening skills, with the ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

Empathy for user problems, and an ability to distill insights into the right product answer.

Problem solver using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Exceptional planning, collaboration and organizational skills.

Strong Product Management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.

Excellent team player able to work with virtual and distributed cross functional teams.

Deep understanding of the way Salesforce can empower the workflow of an organization.

Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and use them as an opportunity to build a better outcome.

Banking/Fintech connoisseur with knowledge of industry and market opportunities.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent and a minimum 2 years Salesforce Platform experience.

Minimum 3 years of working as a Product Owner Product Manager.

Minimum of 5 years' experience working within an agile environment.

Must be familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Services Cloud, and Community Cloud.

SF Certified Administrator, SF Certified Platform App Builder, SF Service Cloud Consultant, SF Sales Cloud Consultant, or other relevant certification is preferred
