The product manager will be the direct liaison to marketing and media business partners across PVH brands, and helps drive the roadmap for MarTech and AdTech platforms at PVH. The Product Manager will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical product requirements, and work with engineering team(s) to build and deliver world-class technology solutions. Will also partner with other product managers, engineering teams as well as external partners to drive end-to-end project execution and enable business value through technologPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Understand marketing strategies of PVH brands, and translate business strategies into technical capabilities and product roadmapsWork closely with business product owner to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROIProduct management through entire lifecycle, including story gathering, defining done, building for outcomes, reporting on effectiveness through analysis & financial managementTake ownership of assigned scrum teams, and play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goalsSet the velocity of work for your projects/teams by prioritizing work effort based on aligned valueRun demos, presentations, and stand-ups specific to your projects and initiatives to keep alignment with all contributing stakeholdersReview test plans and lead UAT to ensure business capability requirements and timelines are metConduct feedback sessions with engineering and business teams to continuously evolve team processes and performanceReport on team velocity, value and project status regularly to business and TPG stakeholdersCraft and deliver presentations on potential capabilities and enhancements to marketing technology products/platforms ownedUtilize and stay current with modern platforms and methodsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: 8+ years of progressive IT experience with minimum 2 years of experience working in a product management, technical product owner or similar capacity2+ years of business analysis experience preferably in Fashion, Retail or CPG industriesStrong experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver marketing technology solutions or digital products using agile methodology Experience creating and maintaining a Product backlog and prioritizing the Product backlog items according to business valueExperience with one of the major marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred)Education: Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related fieldSkills: Specific skills required for Product Manager, Consumer Acquisition and Life Cycle Management include:In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles as well as Waterfall project managementDeep understanding of the customer centric Product MindsetStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to inform recommendations and drive actionsGoal oriented and self-motivated within a collaborative team environmentAbility to clearly communicate the business requirements to engineering teamsDemonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical conceptsExcellent written and verbal communications skills, and presentation skillsProven ability to influence decision making at all levels within an organizationStrong understanding of technologies and products in MarTech and AdTech space including CRM platforms, Email Service Providers (ESPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs) etc.Following skills are not required, but preferred:Agile methodology certificationsGoogle Marketing Platform (GMP) suiteExperience working with customer data and analytics platforms PVH Corp. or its subsidiary (\PVH\) is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
