Job Summary
Internet sits at the heart of Comcast, and the Manager for the Internet Product will play a key role in delivering a superior internet product to 30m customers. Xfinity Internet products focus on delivering the fastest and most reliable service to our customers while being in a constant state of innovation and change. This individual will primarily be responsible for driving the success of Internet products through supporting the development of new Internet products from inception to launch, supporting the management of Internet products in market, ensuring a superior customer experience on Internet products through active efforts to monitor and improve on their performance, and aligning the Internet product space with broader company goals. In this role, this individual will work cross-functionally with a diverse array of stakeholders in all facets of the job. Among other duties, this individual will help execute customer research, strategic business cases, technology assessments, pricing & packaging evaluations, product launches, and more. Internet's core importance to Comcast ensures this role will have great exposure and visibility. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Act as a true Product Manager, driving strategy development and excellence in operational execution for Internet Services to maximize business outcomes and the customer experience
Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations, and partner with cross functional teams to drive consensus for and delivery of recommendations
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy, utilizing excellent strong analytical skills
Drive the definition & delivery of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs with internal capabilities
Assess technical and operational feasibility; drive development of and decision-making for setting business requirements for our key stakeholders and development partners and drive on time and within budget delivery of requirements
Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and others
Participate in product modification, cost reduction, margin analysis, advertising and promotion, forecasting, product positioning and pricing strategies.
Be accountable for profit and loss or budgetary management for assigned products.
Develop, mentor and train Specialists to ensure department work performance and objectives are met.
Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and quantitative background, problem solving, and communication skills
Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
Data & financial modeling skillsets including SQL, Tableau, & DBeaver a plus
Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience
