Job Summary
Xfinity Mobile is an exciting, fast-growing business with ambitious future growth goals which will be fueled, in part, by the team's ability to identify and bring to market new customer benefits and value propositions targeted at new customer groups. The Senior Manager, Product Management - Emerging Services will think strategically, and his/her contributions will directly shape the company's Mobile product roadmap. This person will primarily be responsible for driving the full product lifecycle of developing new products from initial strategy through go-to-market launch and beyond. In this role, this individual will own certain products end-to-end and will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer propositions. This person will then help partner with internal and external stakeholders to bring these products to life. Among other duties, this individual will drive customer research projects, develop strategic business cases, lead technology assessments, execute pricing & packaging evaluations, support product operations and more. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Develop initial strategy and business cases; make product prioritization recommendations and maintain overall XM product roadmap
Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience
Participate in defining product business and functional requirements
Leads concepts defining an end-to-end customer experience and expected full lifecycle costs
Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analyses (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable)
Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing strong analytical skills
Define customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs with internal capabilities
Lead assessments of technical and operational feasibility; develop business requirements for our key stakeholders and development partners
Ensure product performance and management optimizes for customer and business objectives
Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and others
Contributes to the product vision across team and the organization
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. MBA preferred.
Extensive experience and expertise in developing and delivering product strategies - adept at translating customer insights into a Product vision and cascading that vision through Product Management
Proven track record of driving innovative consumer services & products within the Wireless and/or Technology industry
Has superior strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and executive stakeholders
Exceptional business and financial acumen
Be comfortable with financial modeling and unstructured analytical data
Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
