The Population Health Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Population Health Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
Facilitate stakeholder/user validation testing of designs and runs discovery sessions
Conduct roadmap feature research
Regularly communicate with users and other internal stakeholders to get feedback on their wants and needs
Collect and analyze a variety of data, identify key themes and validate assumptions regarding product features
Write user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams
Participate in all product development ceremonies
Regularly monitor utilization of released functionality, looking for trends to identify areas of opportunity and recommend ideas
Own product backlogs and provide impact analysis of client issues to determine priority
Creates wireframes or other visuals to demonstrate and gain feedback on proposed user experience
Oversee collective flow of information from warehouse to UX
Required Qualifications
Understands the value of incremental delivery and can support the decision to remove or add stories and work as needed
Similar product-focused role in a healthcare environment
Working within products which leverage capabilities of business process management or CRM tools such as Salesforce or Pega
Use of Agile-oriented requirements and backlog planning tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Team Foundation
Experience working in Agile or other matrixed teams
Providing direction to autonomous development teams through product vision, scope management, documenting acceptance criteria
Uses data to validate product roadmap priorities
Data driven, with solid problem framing and analytical skills
Strong analytical and technology skills
Solid communication and organizational skills
Understands common UX patterns
Ability to prioritize and communicate work to engineers and technical side of the project, as well as end users
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with value based care business models
Product management experience building solutions on top of Salesforce HealthCloud
Writing requirements using the Gherkin format
