The Scientific Engagement Group consists of a team of 3 individuals that play a critical role in preparing for, executing and maintaining a medical education & engagement continuum with medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, and other key stakeholders within the treatment team.
The Mission of the Scientific Engagement Team is to deliver streamlined, coordinated efforts across the Oncology Franchise focused on creating a superior customer experience via engagement opportunities, innovative educational offerings, and training content.
The Product Manager of Scientific Engagement will be responsible for a diverse set of key Oncology franchise drivers to ensure launch success and sustainability across a select group of OPDIVO and YERVOY tumor types/indications. The position reports into the Director of Scientific Engagement and sits within the Portfolio Marketing Commercial Team.
This individual will be based at the Princeton Pike site – Lawrenceville, NJ.

Medical Education Content & Program Creation/Innovation
Speaker Faculty Management
Design & Execution of Thought Leader Engagement Plans
Field Based Thought Leader & Speaker Engagement
Thought Leader Support at POA TL Sessions
Strategic Planning for Future Content & Program Evolution
The Product Manager of Scientific Engagement will be accountable for identifying & delivering on specific brand educational & engagement needs via content expertise attained through constant collaboration and insight mining with the following:
Tumor Strategy Teams (Commercial Brand Marketers) & Market Research
Promo Program Team
Thought Leader & Speaker Faculty Members
Field Sales, Sales Ops, Consultant Engagements & Medical
The position provides a unique platform for the candidate to grow and develop via a diverse set of experiences, projects and stakeholder relationships centered in both the science and commercial aspects of the Oncology organization.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Pharma Experience in Commercial, Medical or Agency based Function
Demonstrated ability to execute in a highly dynamic market
Oncology and/or Medical Education Experience Preferred
Home Office experience and understanding of content review processes a plus
Experience with PReP review process and MercuryNG systems preferred
Proven ability to lead across the matrix, to inspire others and drive change
Strong project management skills
Strong communication skills
