Description

The Lead Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Lead Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

Location: work at home anywhere

The Lead Product Owner - Data & Analytics will build and lead the implementation of a Customer Experience journey program for the Clinical business of Humana, Inc. You will focus on building the data products with an emphasis on scaling to drive post discharge Stabilize experience. In this role you will work cross-functionally with team of Product Managers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Scientists and ML specialists.

The ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about cutting-edge data architecture, business intelligence, data strategies, and new emerging digital data solutions and technologies.

One of the key areas the candidate will be focused on is helping the Member experience - especially in the planning of creation, provisioning of data, needed to power ML models, when relevant data is not readily available.

Acts as a business liaison and analytics translator who understands the clinical domain

Bridges gap between technical and non-technical aspects of Product development

Prioritize work(backlog) by understanding the business needs

Role Essentials

Bachelor's degree

7 years of technical experience

3 years of Master Data and Data Solutions experience

5 years or more of agile product management experience

Experience with healthcare data

Strong knowledge of the product owner role

Strong understanding of data engineering, data management, data integration, analytics, data stores, data quality, security, and availability of data

Role Desirables

Master's Degree

Engineering experience

Preferable experience working as a product owner of data
